On the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password?”, enter your e-mail and type the code you receive to choose a new password.
A business account shows your company name and a “Professional” badge on your listings. Both accounts have the same features.
In My space › Settings › Delete my account. Your listings and photos are permanently erased.
Click “Post”, choose product or service, add a title, a category, a description, your photos, a price and your city. The listing goes live immediately.
60 days. You are notified 3 days before it expires and can repost it in one click from “My listings”.
In My space › My listings, open the listing’s “…” menu.
A featured listing appears at the top of the results with the “Featured” badge for 7 days. It is included in packs from the Smart Pack upwards and offered through referrals.
The reason is sent to you by notification and e-mail. Fix the listing from “My listings”: it is resubmitted automatically.
From the listing: WhatsApp, phone call or Falamoi messaging. Messaging keeps the history of your conversations in My space › Messages.
Run a search, then click “Create an alert”: you receive the matching new listings every day.
Meet the seller in a public place, check the item before paying and never send money in advance to a stranger. Report any suspicious listing with “Report this listing”.

Choose a pack on the Packs page. Pay online (Mobile Money or card) when available, or by Mobile Money with the reference shown: the pack is activated on receipt and a receipt is available in My pack.
No. You are notified when it expires and return to the free plan until you renew.
