1. Purpose

Falamoi is a classified ads platform connecting individuals and professionals who wish to sell, buy or offer products and services. Falamoi is not a party to transactions concluded between users.

2. User account

• Signing up is free and requires a valid e-mail address and a phone number.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
• The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Posting listings

• Each listing must honestly describe a real, available product or service and be posted in the right category.
• Prohibited in particular: illegal, counterfeit or dangerous products, misleading, hateful or sexual content, duplicate listings and any fraudulent request for advance payment.
• Listings stay online for 60 days and can be reposted. The number of active listings depends on the plan chosen.
• Falamoi may refuse, suspend or delete any listing or account that does not follow these rules.

4. Paid packs

Packs provide benefits (listing quota, featured boosts, badges) for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). They are activated once payment is confirmed and are not renewed automatically.

5. Relations between users

Exchanges, payments and deliveries take place directly between users. We recommend meeting in a public place, checking the item before any payment and never sending money in advance to a stranger. Any suspicious behaviour can be reported from the listing.

6. Liability

Falamoi does its best to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee the accuracy of listings posted by users or the outcome of transactions.
